About

The Rotary Club of Los Alamos has more than 40 Rotarians working together to serve community and global causes. Rotary International is the world’s first service club organization with 1.2 million members in more than 200 countries.

Meetings
The Rotary Club of Los Alamos meets at 11:45 a.m. every Tuesday at the Cottonwood on the Greens restaurant. Attend a meeting to see what Rotary is all about.

Our Work
The work of Rotarians is both local and international. The Rotary Club of Los Alamos raises funds locally for tuition scholarships, student of the month awards, GED test funding and transportation, exchange student programs, back-to-school supplies, mentoring and tutoring, local business recognition, community gardens, and more. Globally, the Club contributes to eradicate polio, safe water supply development, hygiene education, and crisis response when needed, among others.

Friendship
We do a lot of work to create meaningful contributions and have a lot of fun doing it. Fellowship and friendship are core components of the Rotary experience. We abide by the Four Way Test, a code of ethics adopted by Rotary in 1943, which has been translated into more than 100 languages:

Of the things we think, say or do
Is it the TRUTH?
Is it FAIR to all concerned?
Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?

If you enjoy making a difference in your community and world, making new friends, and learning about the community, we invite you to join us!
